Job Description:

Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; and advising managers.Partner with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectivesBuilds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities; benefits and maintain rapport.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and using job sites.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedulesEvaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants and consistent set of qualifications.Manage and administer application process including: screening, paperwork, relevant testing, reference checking, background/credit checks, company systems, and recordkeeping, in compliance with EEO standards and company expectations.Complete and accurately maintain required recruiting reports.Administer inventory/orders related to recruitment advertising, testing tools, and other resources utilized for recruiting purposes. Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goalsReact positively to an ongoing, changing environmentDemonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goalsMaintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkersWork safely without presenting a threat to self or others Perform additional duties as required by managementEducation:Must have a High School Diploma/GED Experience:Minimum of2 years experience in related recruiting experienceComputer Skills:Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of candidate selection methodDeep understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate database is a plus.Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methodsEffective communication skillsIntegrity and confidentialityMust be a self-starterAbility to work with othersManage time effectivelySolve problems or issues that may come up Concentrate and focus for extended periods of timeCope with high-stress and changing environmentRemain alert at all timesAdhere to policies and proceduresAdhere to work schedule and meet deadlinesAll job offers are contingent upon completion of drug and background checks.GC Services is an equal opportunity employer: M/F/Disabled/Vet
