Position Overview

Manages forecast for RACO product lines using IBP functionality in SAP byobtaining customers forecastfrom Sales and Marketing, monitoring and comparing historical data, reviewing accuracy andproducing reports.

Manages SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations meetings) with key stakeholders advising necessary adjustments to production schedules and procurement plans for purchase-for-resale products.

Monitorssupply chain risks effecting customer requirements and advising stakeholders; assist withmitigation plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes demand data from IBP, makes changes to data based oncustomer forecastprovided bySales/Marketing and feedback from brand and product managers.
  • Ensure SAP properly drives demand for make and purchased-for-resale products.
  • Tracks bookings and shipmentsand providessummarizeddocumentation forreview in SIOP meetings for all stakeholders to visualize performance and future demand, aiming a consensus on Sales, Production/Purchase and Inventory.
  • Plans for and expedites critical items for continuous flow to meet customer demand.
  • Interacts with other departments (customer service, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, sales and anyone else deemed necessary) to work through problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist purchasing by contacting vendors to expedite products and/or materials required by the schedule.

Skills and Experience

  • College degree, Business or Management
  • SAP experience with emphasis in IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • 2 years planning experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
