The Professional Services Program Senior Manager is a key role in supporting the Professional Services Offer Management team in meeting market success, customer satisfaction and driving our service offerings roadmap. The Offer Management Program Manager is responsible for working with peers within the Offer Management team as well as our business partners such as Product Marketing, CSG Operations, Enablement, Finance, Legal and CSG leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and deliver high-level offer program initiatives. As a natural leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture offer success from inception to completion.

This position reports into the Director of Portfolio Strategy, Planning & Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the portfolio lead, cross-functional subject-matter-experts, and assigned offers managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new offers, including existing offer enhancements
  • Build, maintain, and communicate offer launch plans and track the deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, work out contingencies with Offer Managers and provide escalation management throughout the offer lifecycle
  • Advocate for our business partners and stakeholders throughout the offer lifecycle to ensure they have the visibility and support needed to succeed
  • Coordinating offers and their interdependencies across the team
  • Daily offer management throughout the offer life cycle
  • Defining offer governance (controls)
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements across the offer lifecycle
  • Support all offer operational and launch activities
  • Provide updates to offer portfolio leadership and key stakeholders on offer status and key metrics
  • Demonstrate collaboration, initiative and accountability on all assignments
  • Ensure cross functional communication & alignment
  • Ongoing identification and development of PMO leading and best practices
  • Support development and delivery of offer management strategic initiatives, as tied to the V2MOM

Requirements:

  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Self starter; willing to dig in and get the job done with guidance
  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
  • Possess a broad operating range, from strategic planning to tactical details
  • 4-8 years of Project Management/Program Management
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers.
  • Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Scrum master certification (CSM), PMI or PrMI certification.
