Job Description:
Job Summary
Interviewers conduct scripted market research interviews by
telephone or in person, for the purpose of gathering information
and opinions on a variety of important topics. Documents quality
issues and performance measures for management review. Abt
Associates seeks a qualified Quality Assurance Monitor to support
the Data Science, Surveys and Enabling Technologies Division. As a
par-time employee, you will be expected to maintain a schedule of a
minimum 32 hours per week and be available for evening/weekends.

Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to
understand.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Monitor market research interviewers for quality and compliance
with applicable standards and regulations.
+ Evaluates and coach lower-level employees
+ Conduct scripted, computer-based survey interviews with high
degree of accuracy and integrity
+ Maintain confidentiality of all collected data
+ Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
+ Other duties as assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma + Four years of relevant experience, or
Associates Degree + Two years of relevant experience
