Title: UI/UX Designer - Remote At TTEC, we're all about the Human Experience. Elevated. As a UI/UX Designer working remotely in the US, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also , an award-winning employment experience and company culture.What You'll be DoingLooking to create both functional and appealing features to address needs and grow a customer base? Do you have a passion for designing user experience and interface on digital assets? Working with multiple teams, you'll design our user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for several digital assets ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability and usefulness.You'll report to the Director of App Delivery and Architecture. You'll contribute to the success of the business as you are the subject matter expert and can turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.During a Typical Day, You'll

• Work with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Create graphic designs (images, sketches and tables), following our style standards
• Design graphic user interface elements (menus, tabs and widgets along with page navigation)
• Develop mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites will look like and function
• Present to our teams and important partners, exporting assets for the development teams
• Work through and resolve UX problemsWhat You Bring to the Role
  • 5 years of experience in end-to-end UX/UI Design with great understanding UI/UX Design principles
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with software as a service, finance, e-commerce Product design
  • 3 years graphic design skills with an understanding of typography
  • Minimum 1 year experience with design tools (such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
  • Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemap showing analysis
  • Proficient in rapid prototyping and visualization tools (such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD)

These exceptional customer experiences start with you.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.Benefits available to eligible employees include the following
