Summary: -
The Customer Account Advisor assists the Accounts Department in
lease agreement renewal
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
Protect Company assets
Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their
Lease agreement(s) both in the field and on the phone
Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely
lease agreement renewal payments
Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue
and renewal goals
Document all customer appointments in the store computer system
Maintain updated customer information
Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as
directed
Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when
directed
Safely operate company vehicle
Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for
all items personally returned
Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route
sheets daily
Assist the Sales Team as needed

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Skills and Competencies:
-
Position routinely requires lifting, loading and "dollying"
merchandise 50-300 pounds
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Good organizational skills
Professional groomed appearance
Good driving skills
Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to
9pm
Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that
require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job
performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's
License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification
