Maintain daily work flow, insuring that records are scanned in a timely and efficient manner to avoid delay in further processing.Essential Functions:

• Collects medical records from discharges.
• Scanning of medical records.
• Answers telephone in medical records.
• Assists with requests for medical information.Reports to: Director of Health Information ManagementMinimum Education
  High school diploma or equivalent RequiredRequired Skills
  Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Minimum Work Experience
  Medical terminology and office experience preferred.
