• Certification Details
• ARRT required
• WV state license required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as applicable, AHA only
• BLS - Basic Life Support required as applicable, AHA only
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for certain units, AHA only
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure as required
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course as required
• Tech Cert Verification - National for non-RN/LPN allied professionals
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
• State License 1 Verification - Primary Source required
• NURSYS Verification for all RNs required
• NIH Stroke Certification required for PACU & ICU
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam to be completed within 6 months of start

  • Will most likely work one weekend per contract (8a-430p)

        • Initial physical, updated annually attesting to the ability to meet the physical demands of the offered position
