Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and team building within the customer success
group
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring
smooth platform integrations and driving feature adoption
Conduct regular customer meetings and technical sessions to
maintain engagement and address needs
Required Qualifications
4+ years in customer-facing roles in a SaaS company, with
experience in team leadership
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud
technologies
Experience in project management, including deployments and
cross-functional collaboration
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cybersecurity)
preferred
