Job Description A not-for-profit academic health system is
seeking a BE/BC Family Med, Internal Med or IM-Peds Physician to
join their Hospitalist team in western West Virginia. Highlights: -
Full-time, hospital employed position - Well-established
shift-based program - Block Schedule: 7 on/7 off - No call - Early
Out program - Procedures and Critical Care Coverage optional -
30-physician model providing 24-hour coverage - Excellent
specialty/sub-specialty support - Average Daily Encounter goal:
15-17 - Advanced Practitioners for support - Level 2 trauma center;
60,000 visits per year - Internal moonlighting
Compensation/Benefits Package: - Attractive guaranteed salary -
Standard term: 3 years - Eligible for individual wRVU-based
productivity bonus - Generous and ATTAINABLE group/individual
