Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Manager - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement effective training programs for BPO
agents
Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and conduct
train-the-trainer sessions
Monitor training effectiveness and manage relationships with BPO
training teams
Required Qualifications
Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD)
Experience with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate
Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
Strong understanding of BPO processes, particularly in financial,
technology, or cryptocurrency sectors
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in
relevant industries
