available for those with inpatient pharmacy experience, offering a
13-week travel assignment in West Union, IA. This role provides a
unique chance to work closely with healthcare teams to ensure
optimal medication management and patient care in an inpatient
setting. Key Responsibilities: Dispense and prepare medications
accurately in an inpatient pharmacy environment. Collaborate with
medical staff to review and verify prescriptions. Provide
medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare
professionals. Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust orders
as needed. Maintain accurate records and comply with all pharmacy
laws and regulations. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed pharmacist with current state licensure. Experience
working in inpatient pharmacy settings. Strong attention to detail
and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently
and as part of a healthcare team. Commitment to patient safety and
quality care. Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 3
days per week, totaling 24 hours weekly. This position offers a
