We’re looking for an Administrator to lead a well-respected facility in Lucasville, Ohio that offers memory care, respite care, behavioral health, long-term and short-term care, and rehab services. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing & rehab (new administrators are also welcome to apply). A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success. Skill in developing and empowering strong leadership teams. Deep knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency. Experience hiring and building compassionate healthcare teams.
