As an Amazon Flex Delivery Driver, you will be part of the Amazon organization, providing high-quality delivery services. Using the Amazon Flex app, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and deliver Amazon Prime, Fresh, and other packages directly to customers. This is an opportunity to be your own boss, manage your day-to-day routes, and enjoy the freedom of working independently while still being associated with a globally recognized leader in logistics and delivery services. Safely drive and operate your personal vehicle for package deliveries. Use the Amazon Flex app to manage delivery routes and track package delivery statuses. Communicate effectively with customers and handle delivery issues on the spot. Ensure packages are delivered within specified time frames. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide a positive customer experience. Ability to manage time and route efficiently. Strong driving skills and a clean driving record. Good communication skills. Problem-solving abilities, especially under the dynamic conditions of day-to-day deliveries. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps. Valid driver’s license Required state-specific driving certifications if applicable. Must meet the age requirement as mandated by state law for commercial drivers.
